How is pricing set?
Pricing is per door, per month. We set it after our 100-point walkthrough and a 3-night pilot so the quote matches your property's actual layout and needs.
What happens during the 3-night pilot?
We run real service on your property for three nights. You and your team can see how collection works, how residents respond, and how the property looks afterward before you make a decision.
What do residents need to do?
Residents place bagged trash outside their door within the set-out window your community chooses. We work with your office on clear communication to share with residents.
Which nights do you provide service?
Service schedules are set with each community during onboarding.
What about recycling, bulk items, or move-out trash?
